Our physical stores play a key role in bringing our collections to life and creating a personal connection with our customers. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to expand our in-store team.

The role

As a Retail Sales Associate at ZENZAA, you are the face of our brand. You ensure that every customer feels welcome, inspired and confident while shopping in our store. You contribute directly to the premium in-store experience ZENZAA stands for.

Key responsibilities

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and personalized styling advice

  • Actively selling and presenting ZENZAA collections

  • Maintaining an attractive and well-organized store environment

  • Operating the cash register and processing transactions

  • Assisting with stock management and replenishment

  • Supporting the team in achieving sales targets

Who we are looking for

  • You have a strong passion for fashion and retail

  • You are customer-oriented and confident in communication

  • You are proactive, reliable and detail-focused

  • You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required
